Cookery By Ronnie with Bibendum’s Hidden Gems 22nd February 2012

Take a tour of our wine list with Kirsty Armstrong. Kirsty and Ronnie have selected 7 little gems from the list for you to try. The event will last about an hour and is priced at £15 per person. Arrive at 6:45 to be seated by 7pm. Then enjoy the  first in a series of fabulous events where Ronnie gets stuck into the kitchen and cooks up a storm. Each event will have a different theme and this one is titled ‘Bistro Classics from a Modern Kitchen’.  The clue is in the title so don’t expect a cliché.

An Art Soiree with Karen Barber and Champagne 26th January from 6-7.30pm

At the Muset by Ronnie, we are very lucky to have the support of one of the city’s most talented artists, Karen Barber. Her studio is on Sion Hill, walking distance from the restaurant.

We would love you to meet her and to celebrate having worked together for a year we are hosting an exhibition of her work on the 26th January in the restaurant. We’ll be pouring a couple of complimentary glasses of Champagne and put on a few nibbles.  All we ask from you is to reserve a space as there is limited availability, if you would like to stay for dinner, I’ll take 15% off your food bill. The reception will start at 6pm and go on until 7.30pm.

Karen is primarily interested in celebration: bold, provocative and daring.  Karen’s vibrant work warms the senses to celebrate life and the beauty of colour and luxurious materials. Karen aims to convey a sense of joy, hope and energy through her range of paintings, screen prints and mixed media collages.

So let us pour you a drink and come and meet Karen. It’s going to be a great night.
