Ronnie's Restaurants

Jonathan Bowker has joined us to head up the front of house team at The Muset by Ronnie. He is here after 8 years as Deputy General Manager at Thornbury Castle, where he was instrumental in acquiring and maintaining three AA Red Stars, an achievement which placed the Castle firmly in the top 200 hotels in the UK – hardly surprising when considering Jonathan’s background, which includes Bath’s Royal Crescent Hotel and also Newbury Manor.

Jonathan’s return to the restaurant, the heart and soul of hospitality, is of great benefit not only to The Muset by Ronnie but also to catering in the South West. His standards of customer service are unwavering and his passion for great wines and outstanding food is certain to lift us all.
