Ronnie Faulkner is the Chef Owner of Ronnie's Restaurant in Thornbury. Ronnie has an exceptional food pedigree, beginning his tutoring at his Grandmother's side at the age of seven. Grounded in the basics at an early age, Ronnie realised early on that cooking was his passion and he trained in classical French cuisine and patisserie. He cemented his training with a degree in food and consumer studies. A distinguished career ensued and Ronnie worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the UK and Europe, for celebrated chefs such as Anton Mosimann and Ed Baines. Cooking for national and foreign royalty and dignitaries honed Ronnie's skill and further reinforced his lifelong commitment to food.
This passion is now brought to your doorstep in Ronnie's restaurant, where he has created a comfortable, stylish setting to showcase his talents.
Ronnie maintains that food is best enjoyed in a social environment, so while customers are enjoying their food in a busy restaurant, Ronnie is carefully and methodically building a dedicated team. Developing skills for the longevity of the restaurant and giving something back to the industry that has helped to develop him.
