Roasted muscat pumpkin with parmesan gnocchi and Montgomery cheddar custard

Roasted Chicken, Puy lentils with bacon and mushroom sauce

Seabass with black rice and squid ink sauce

 

DESSERT:

Dark chocolate fondant with malt ice cream

Apple and blackberry crumble with vanilla ice cream

Poached pear, eggy brioche and clotted cream ice cream
