The Team

Ronnies is fortunate to have a highly skilled team. In an industry notorious for high turnover of staff, Ronnies has managed to establish a core team devoted to striving for excellence. Promoting core values and an interest in food and wines is very much at the heart of Ronnies.

Martin Pemberton heads up the front of house and customer satisfaction does not play second fiddle here. So while Martin ensures you receive a memorable experience, his high standards are delivered with the support of his right-hand man, Robert. Roberts’s skills as a barista are second to none and he will be entering the national barista competition.

Ronnie takes charge of the kitchen. All food must pass Ronnie’s taste test, but he's expertly assisted by George and Tina. Goerge recently had a podium finish in the UK's Chef V Chef catering competition and is representing Bristol in the regional finals. Tina has been with Ronnie since the business opened and is looking to take the junior title in the next competition.
