Head Chef
George Kostka joined the team at Ronnies three years ago and soon moved up the ranks to become head chef. George previously worked at a number of Bristol restaurants and was one of the entrants in the Chef v Chef competition in the city. George was part of the team that gained the restaurant Good Food Guide recognition and he has now taken over more responsibility of the kitchen, motivating his team to deliver the food to a consistently high standard.
