Terms and conditions

Booking channels
1.1 We advise booking a table when coming to visit Ronnies of Thornbury. This can be completed via the following channels:

1.2.1 Online bookings are limited up to 6 people, for larger bookings please call us on 01454411137.

1.2.2 Tables larger than 10 will require an in person booking to discuss further details.

1.2.3 All bookings require credit or debit card details to secure the booking, bookings are only confirmed once these details are input.

Cancellation policy
1.3.1 Lunch: In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by the client, or cancelled with less than 24 hour-notice, a fee of £15 per person will be charged on the credit card provided. The same fee will be charged in case of a non-arrival.

1.3.2 Dinner: In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by the client, or cancelled with less than 24 hour-notice, a fee of £45 per person will be charged on the credit card provided. The same fee will be charged in case of a non-arrival.

1.3.3 All charges are at the discretion of Ronnies of Thornbury.

1.3.4 Refunds due to exceptional circumstances are solely at company discretion

Card security

1.4 All card details are held by Stripe, who operates within SCA guidelines

1.4.1 Strong Customer Authentication. Is a requirement of the EU Revised Directive on Payment Services on payment service providers within the European Economic Area. The SCA requirement comes into force from 14 September 2019.

All customer facing card payments, will be subject to SCA safeguards

1.4.2 Card details are securely stored by Stripe solely, and Ronnies of Thornbury and Faulkner Restaurants LTD. Hold no liability in the storage of the information.

Allergies and dietary requirements

2.1.1 Allergies and dietary requirements require a notice of 48 hours. All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens maybe present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as our entire menu is produced in the same kitchen.
Our dish descriptions do not include all of the ingredients used to make the dish. Therefore, if you have a food allergy please notify when making a booking. 

2.1.2 Dietary requirements require 48 hours’ notice prior to time of booking. Ronnie’s does not specialise in vegetarian and vegan dishes. Although vegetarian options are available, vegan options may not be.

2.1.3 Tasting menus are not suitable for vegetarians, pescatarians or vegans.

2.2 Ronnies has two dining areas over 2 floors, please notify us of any mobility issues if the ground floor is required.

Terms
3.1 Ronnies of Thornbury and Faulkner restaurants limited reserve the right to amend all booking and reservation terms and conditions without prior notice.
